University Advising Center
Maybe you're a new first time college student or a new transfer student ready to start on track. Or, a continuing or returning student who needs to stay on track. The University Advising Center is here for you.
We serve all UMass Boston students, no matter how decided or undecided you are about what steps to take.
We work with you from day one to help you navigate the paths open to you and help you focus on results.
We know life happens and can bring roadblocks. Turn to us if things get overwhelming. We’ll help you sort out what’s important. We’ll be your bridge to other available campus resources.
What will you gain? All the benefits of a well-thought-out college education. It’s not just about job or career advancement – it’s about gaining new insights and perspectives, strengthening social responsibility, locally and globally, improving quality of life, and learning how to learn for the rest of your life.
