KORU Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

This workshop will include:

  • a brief guided practice and overview of the evidence-based 4-week Koru course
  • information about how the Koru program supports stress reduction, enhanced resiliency and increases capacity to manage day to day stressors (like school!)
