KORU Mindfulness for Stress Reduction
Learn how mindfulness and some simple strategies can help you to more effectively manage stress.
This workshop will include:
- a brief guided practice and overview of the evidence-based 4-week Koru course
- information about how the Koru program supports stress reduction, enhanced resiliency and increases capacity to manage day to day stressors (like school!)
